Busy Times
It's a busy time of year. Exams. Turning in grades. Senior graduation parties. Difficult to believe that another year of school has come to an end. I've been doing this awhile! And, Lord willing, a few more years to go. Crop rotation is the essence of education. One "crop" moves on to what He has prepared for them, and another "crop" gets planted for WC to nurture and prepare for their turn to go out into the world and be Jesus.
There are tons of stuff to do at The... Acres as well--all of which will have to wait until next week. Still have to get that mower out of the mud. The back of The Acres is disappearing. Anyone need some hay? Of course, it will all work out, but busy I will be. The good thing is that the iris are really starting to bloom!!! Tune in Saturday, and I'll post some pictures of iris time at The Acres. May is the busiest time of the year for this old man. Maybe I can convince Buzz to put me on an eight month teaching contract. Teach till May and then take the year off until August. No, I'm not holding my breath. Still adjusting at 73. Rather enjoyable actually. Have a great day. It's a gift from Him to you. Don't lose sight of Him in the busyness. Don't let busy become hectic!!
