Just because God isn't answering your prayer the way you wanted/expected/demanded that He would that doesn't mean that He isn't answering your request in accordance to His perfect will for your life. He is working to make your life a testimony to His resplendent glory.
You can respond to His answers in two ways. Complain and murmur and spend your time in the wilderness devoid of rest. I can't imagine! Or you can embrace His answers and find the rest He has for you in the wilderness. Perhaps we have not yet accepted that the place of rest is always on the battlefield.
