Silence

God is often silent because we weren't listening anyway. Only when we sense the silence can He speak to us and truly get our attention. When we sense a lack of His presence and long for His voice, all He needs to do is whisper. And we are ready to obey the still small voice that calls us to the work He has appointed us to do.
