If everything that could go wrong, does go wrong. . .
If you lose all your retirement in the collapse of the economy. . .
If your children don't follow the Lord . . .
If your car breaks down on the freeway . . .
If the one person you love more than anyone else betrays your love . . .
If no one understands you . . .
If your friends desert you for other friends . . .
If someone you love passes away . . .
If you are wrongly accused of doing something . . .
If people constantly mistreat you . . .
If your prayers aren't answered the way you hoped . . .
If you give into temptation and really mess things up . . .
If you are in constant physical pain. . .

What choice will you make? Will you continue to follow God wholeheartedly? Will you pray, "Though He slay me, yet I will trust Him?" Will you sing, "Though none go with me, still I must follow?" Or will you walk away from God? Will you say, "I can't trust a God who would let that happen?" Will you sing, "From now on, I'll do it my way?"

Amazingly, whichever choice you make, He has already made His: "I will never, ever, not for a moment, leave you or forsake you." "When you are faithless, I will be faithful." "I will never quit loving you."

What a tragedy to go through life in the arms of Jesus and never sense His loving embrace. Don't let the "ifs" of life keep you from the joy of an intimate relationship with your greatest Lover. Be faithful. No matter what.
